Worst customer service I have ever experienced
Management are arrogant and if you dare to make a complaint they are totally uninterested
They use inexperienced dealers on roulette tables therefore slowing the game down , sometimes to 10 mins between spins !
There are many casinos in the Manchester area please do not use Gala
Go somewhere your custom is appreciated

Totally recommend this casino for a night out. Lovely surroundings inside (it's apparently just had a complete make over) and all the staff were great with me and my friends & went out of their way to make sure we were happy - I'll be returning soon.
